DESCRIPTION:Ahh\, it is finally time to have a Fire Ceremony.  I am so ready to get out the fire pit and have a ceremonial fire.  These are sacred evenings and not religious events (everyone’s personal belief system is welcome). Never been here? There are always first-timers who come to the fire. Bring a stick\, bring a chair\, bring a friend. These are fast moving times. Come and pause. \nI have been holding periodic fire ceremonies for a series of years (since 2009). Sometimes they are on a full moon\, a new moon\, or a special calendar date. A year or so ago\, I began putting out a donation container and explained if participants feel they need to reciprocate with an exchange of energy \, it is there. Also\, I want everyone to feel comfortable coming back again\, either way.

DESCRIPTION:Creating a despacho is a lovely 3D way to set intentions in a group setting\, using symbolic and natural elements. It is appropriate for any occasion but especially meaningful around November 1 (All Saints Day\, Day of the Dead\, Samhain) to honor ancestors. Join Shaman Pat Banzhoff in this lovely ceremony. The group will create one “community” prayer bundle in class which Shaman Pat will burn on our behalf on Nov. 1st (all are invited to that fire also).
